Staffing Solutions

Making use of the web enabled automated resume data base, and category wise maintained CVs that received by post/hand/E Mail, we are able to screen and shortlist appropriate prospective candidates who meet the Qualitative Requirement specified by the clients. It reduces the lead time and brings down recruitment cost considerably. As a corporate partner to clients, we source professionals with high intellectual capabilities to help enhance the clients human capital on the one hand and on the other, we help individuals optimise their career choices.

Modus Operandi

We expect a detailed requirement from the employer showing the job profile, QR, place of work, remuneration offered etc. On receipt of the requirement, we shortlist the candidates strictly as per the QR specified by them and the candidates so short listed are screened and directed to the venue for interview and further selection procedures.

Pricing

8.33% of Annual CTC for all positions upto AVP level. For VP and above 10% of Annual CTC. (Annual CTC, includes Basic salary and all allowances, inclusive of DA, CCA, HRA, all reimbursements and benefits mentioned in the offer letter.)
The above is payable as follows :
  • Invoice will be raised by RIGHT PERSONNEL, within 7 days of joining.
  • Payment has to made within 15 days of invoice date.
TAX
GST will be in addition to the invoice value (if applicable), as per notifications given by the Government of India.

Replacement

If a candidate so referred by Right Personnel leaves the company for any reason (other than redundancy) within first three months, Right Personnel undertake to replace that candidate without any extra fee within 45 days time or the invoice amount will be adjusted against another requirement (s) of the employer.
