(b) Fresher / Tenured - Voice Non-Tech Process. Graduate/3yr Diploma in any discipline/ Excellent Communication Skills/ Excellent Customer Service Skills/ Fresh or More than 6 months of experience in any international voice based BPO. Salary Fresher: CTC: Rs.1.42 lakhs (Tech Process), Rs.1.27 lakhs (Non Tech Process) Tenured: (12 – 24 months of experience)
CTC: Max of Rs.2.75 lacks (Tech Process), in lieu of the current drawn salary.
